Our fixed price for 2 nights provides your private spa venue with exclusive access to the main venue including :

• Thermal suite with hot tub, internal  turkish steam room and sauna;
• 9 en-suite bedrooms;
• Kitchen
• Hair and make up room;
• Private bar;
• Private function suite/party room;
• Riverside conservatory and:
• For 2 night stays, evening meal on arrival and afternoon tea or lunch on the day after your arrival for 22 guests (addiitonal guests pay £30pp);*

Our prices range from £90pp midweek low season to £200pp for weekend high season, based on 22 sharing and staying 2 nights, our average group size for exclusive use.

Spa treatments, robe hire and breakfast are added on at extra cost unless specified otherwise on your booking confirmation (all guests must elect to have breakfast)

Prices below include catering for direct bookings with us.   Certain agency bookings will have to opt to add this on for a fee pp. Catering not included between 22nd December and 3rd January, access to kitchen provided.
