The Intimate Wedding Destination

Our philosophy is value for money, price transparency, privacy and simplicity so our guests are able to book equipped with all the information they need.

Our Wedding package comprises of the normal hire fee for the venue, plus, you food and drinks on the day of the wedding.

Here is what to expect from our 2 night weekend exclusive use wedding package.

  • 1.

    Stay the night before with your friends and family. Enjoy your included buffet meal first evening.

  • 2.

    Use of thermal spa facilites (you can book in a massage with our spa therapists)

  • 3.

    Hire suppliers in to organise wedding and/or decorate the wedding venue to your own taste or do it yourself

The wedding package includes:

  • 1.

    Set up of chairs for the conservatory for wedding ceremony (or function suite for larger weddings) if taking one of our wedding food packages

  • 2.

    Relaxed buffet dinner evening before your wedding for residents in the antler bar

  • 3.

    All crockery, cutlery, napkins, napkin rings, beaded gold glass plate chargers, table cloths, glasses provided if taking the £40pp meal package

  • 4.

    Wedding chairs (gold chiavari)

  • 5.

    Wedding cake stand and knife

  • 6.

    Prosecco cart (no alcohol included but can be purchased)

  • 7.

    Fairy lit curtain at bride and groom table

  • 8.

    Wedding sofa and 2 mini thrones and white and gold throne chairs (180cm tall),

  • 9.

    Use of wedding postbox

Food and Drinks Packages

  • A hot fork buffet and 3 canapes is available at £20 per guest (Min 30).
  • Our £25pp drinks package includes a welcome drink on arrival, a half bottle of wine pp with the wedding meal and a glass of fizz with the speeches. Soft drinks are provided to children free if the drink package is taken for all adult guests booked.
  • Corkage of £300 applies if you wish to run your own bar.

Midweek Budget Packages

As with exclusive use, our midweek weddings comprise accommodation rental fee as well as food and drinks.

Our non exclusive use low cost midweek weddings start from £590 a night for hire 5 of bedrooms, conservatory and function suite and one bar throughout the day and evening  “the gatherings suite”.

Exclusive use midweek starts from £1000 a night with thermal suite at additional hire cost if required.  For weddings under 29 guests you can simply hire the venue and run the wedding yourself.  Perfect for smaller weddings and elopements.

The food and drink packages are the same regardless of whether you rent the venue on an exclusive use basis or half of the venue via the 5 bedrooms gathering suite. 

External caterers are permitted but subject to fees for use of our equipment and commercial kitchen.

Wedding payments can be made via card with a 2.5% surcharge. Bank transfers are free
